Company Introduction
Shang Dong Botuo Plastics Industry Co. (BODO) Ltd. is the Largest Manufacturer of advanced technology of PVC foam sheet enterprise technology in China.
Current production floor area is 100,000 square meters. Total of 46 Production lines and yearly capacity of 50,000 tons of resin.
BODO has been in business since 2006 with a capital investment of $60 million RMB ($10 million U.S.).
The Company employs the managing method of “5 S” which is the U.S. equivalent of Six Sigma-Top Quality, Process Driven, Highest Advanced Technology, Efficient Low-cost Production.
The Company employs more than 300 employees which includes 150 Junior College and Secondary school students who are educated similarly to a Technical Trade School in the U.S.
BODO sells its products to the U.S., India, Russia, Europe, S. America, Central Asia, and Asia.
Bodo Plastics currently sells to distributors who sell to the Construction, Transportation, Advertising, Building Decoration, and Industrial Engineering Industries.
BODO manufactures a micro-made foam sheet which is a new “green” technology of plastics which makes it moisture proof, anti-flaming, sound insulation, thermal insulation, sound absorption. Heat preservation, non-deformation, non-toxic, artistic, and anti-aging that allows the sheets to be processed like wood. The sheets can be sawed, planed, trepanning, nailed, screwed, spliced heat bonded and welded.
Mr. Sun owns the land (over 25 acres) and all ten facilities in Zibo City, Guanghou, and Shanghai. BODO has agreed to work with CMC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS exclusively to develop a Factory Direct Program for the U.S. retail market.
